Purchases made on the J2 Sport website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from receipt of order. Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels, and original packaging intact if applicable. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
We can't exchange or refund any apparel items that have been washed as they are unfit for sale. If, however, washing the item reveals a defect, please contact us.
Customers are responsible for shipping items back to J2 Sport, except in the case of damaged/defective items, the wrong item was sent, flawed items. In these cases, J2 Sport will email a printable return label to the customer.

All returns will be processed and credited in the manner in which your order was paid within 10 business days of receipt of the returned product. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Free items, gifts, or promotional items are not returnable!
Manufacturer Direct and Drop Ship items have a different return policy.
